Packing Machine is mainly used for metro-measuring machine to contain granular materials in many fields such as grain, feedstuff, foodstuff and chemical engineering.

This machine consists of such parts as a feeder, a weigh hopper, an engine block, an electronic control system and a pneumatic control system.

 

a. Feeder

It is made up of an mechanism of plate feeding air control shutter, the main feeding mechanism, which can be controlled by a two-speed feeding shutter to meet packing of various scopes, with a view to arrive at weighing accuracy and weighing speed of various sizes.

b. Weigh hopper

It is mainly made up of such parts as a transducer and a discharging door, which is the key mechanism for weighing the packing products. 

c. Engine block

It is the bearing mechanism of feeder, weigh hopper and fulcrum bearing or it can be the main mechanism to be connected with sonveyor and hot-unionizer to form a complete set.

d. Electronic control system

This control system is a blend of weighing system, programmable system and relay, which is the main system of weighing signal treatment and control.

e. Pneumatic control system

It is made up of such parts as cylinder, electromagnetic valve, three-set units, hose nippler and air pipe, which is the engine system to provide feeding gate, inserting bag, discharging mechanism.

 

Packing Machine Working Principle

When the computer receives the external activating signal, the quick or slow shutter of controlling feeder adds materials to the weigh hopper and the variation of the materials generates the pressure signal to the transducer. After sampling and treatment, the computer will send a signal to stop the quick feeding and start the slow feeding when the set variation of quick feeding is reached. When the set goal (set value) is reached, the computer will send a signal to stop the small-quantity feeding and discharge the materials. Therefore, a whole process of weighing and bottling is finished and the machine will automatically start its cycle operation.
